His clinical expertise spans genitourinary tumors—including bladder, kidney, and prostate cancers—as well as neuroendocrine and endocrine tumors such as thyroid cancer, pheochromocytomas, paragangliomas, and adrenocortical carcinoma.

A pioneer in precision oncology, Dr. Grande is known for integrating advanced molecular profiling, biomarker-driven strategies, and access to innovative therapies into highly personalized treatment plans. Dr. Grande currently serves as Director of the Medical Oncology Department and Director of the One Oncology Madrid Cancer Program at QuirónSalud, the largest private healthcare network in Spain.
