My biggest worry was what recovery would feel like this time, especially after having my old implants for well over ten years. It turned out to be about the same as my first surgery. The surgeon dr ozturk was fantastic, friendly, knowledgable and inspired confidence immediately performing a position adjustment and implant replacement, though it's still hard to compare the final result as surgery was only 5 days ago. The hospital facility was clean and private room was great. My main issue was with the general staff support, which could have been more attentive, having said that whenever I called they attended immediately and were kind. Despite that, the medical care itself was solid, and I'm satisfied with the outcome.

My main concern before starting treatment was how my body would react to the drug. I’m undergoing a course of Keytruda immunotherapy for kidney cancer, receiving an infusion every three weeks. Yes, I have experienced some side effects. These are mainly digestive issues, and I feel a little more tired. Of course, I am still concerned that these might get worse over time. But I must say that the doctor and all the staff have been very attentive and professional, which gives me confidence that I made the right choice of clinic and treatment process.

My biggest worry was that my nose would look unnatural and that the result wouldn’t live up to my expectations. Now, even though I’m still recovering, I can see that I was worrying for nothing. They removed a small bump, and the bridge of my nose is straighter, just as I’d hoped. I’d also like to mention that the tip of my nose now looks more refined. My breathing has improved too. I think ultrasonic piezorhinoplasty was the right choice. The whole team, from the staff to the surgeon, were very attentive and professional, which helped me feel at ease. I’m very grateful.

Throughout the entire process, Winnington stayed in constant communication, followed up regularly, helped clarify pricing and logistics, handled concerns professionally, and genuinely made me feel supported during a very stressful moment. What impressed me most was not only his professionalism, but his ability to deliver solutions under pressure and truly advocate for the patient. Without his quick actions and dedication, my trip could have easily turned into a disappointing experience. His support, responsiveness, and commitment made all the difference for me, and I am sincerely grateful for everything he did.

Strange as it may sound, my overall rating is zero. That said, I can’t say a single bad word about either the surgeon or the clinic staff. They all deserve top marks. The doctor was very attentive and professional, and the support team did everything they could to help. The problem isn’t with the people. The problem is that the outcome of the consultation and what followed completely overshadowed all the positive impressions, leaving me in a very difficult situation during the recovery phase. The service was good, but the result was not.
