Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare! The first person I want to talk about is Dr Aykut. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from Dr Aykut one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not to be fulfilled. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and chin correction was performed. Secondly is of course the company Dr Mad and his staff. Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7. In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. Excellent medical staff. Very positive and friendly attitude to patients. Kudos to the surgeon for his jewellery work. The only thing I would like to improve is the communication between the interpreters, which would improve the organisation in some issues. It is too early to say about the final result, but two thirds of the face lift, neck platysmaplasty, temporal lift, lower laser eye resurfacing and not a single bruise, it is impressive!

Overall, it was outstanding. I was taken back by the fact the staff was smoking cigarettes in the exam area when we were getting our checkups done on the first day. Our final day checkout was less than smooth. We had to fish out discharge and aftercare details. I also did not like the fact that they were always reluctant to take a credit card and wanted us to stop at ATMs for cash for some aftercare items. As for everything else, our nurses were quite professional and attentive, and our support staff was excellent! Our Doctor deserves his own mention. He is a master at his craft. All of our initial concerns melted away in our first meeting with him. What he has given us is worth more than all the money in the world. We are eternally grateful!
