Hong Sung Hoo

Dr. Hong Sung Hoo, an accomplished urologist, has made significant contributions in the field of urologic cancer. His area of expertise encompasses robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and renal cancer. His academic achievements and professional dedication have led him to hold several influential positions in the medical community.

Education

• Graduated from the College of Medicine at The Catholic University of Korea in 1996.
• Completed his residency in the Department of Urology at a high-profile hospital from 1997 to 2001.
• Obtained his specialty certification in urology during his residency from 1997 to 2001.
• Earned a Master of Science (M.S) degree from The Catholic University of Korea between 2001 and 2003.
• Achieved a Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy (M.D., Ph.D.) degree from The Catholic University of Korea from 2004 to 2007.
• Studied urologic cancer at Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, UCLA, USA, from 2008 to 2009.
