The clinic provided excellent care
What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process and the pain. I’d read about the laparoscopic TEP procedure and knew it was minimally invasive, but I still had my concerns. In reality, it turned out to be quite bearable. The hardest part in the first few days was getting out of bed, that’s true. Now, in the early stages of recovery, I only feel a slight tightness in my groin when walking, and coughing causes only minor discomfort rather than sharp pain. The doctors and staff were competent and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me confidence. Everything went according to plan. The clinic provided excellent care.
The coordinator was always available, and the staff always went out of their way to help and support me; even though I didn’t really speak the language, everything was top-notch

Unfortunately, my experience was a huge disappointment. Although my procedure was a traditional platysmaplasty, I am dissatisfied with the work of the surgeon and the clinic as a whole. The staff did their best, which was a small ray of hope, but that couldn’t make up for the fundamental shortcomings. Recovery is difficult. So far, dealing with the compression garments has by far been the hardest part of the whole process, making it even more unpleasant. All in all, a very sobering experience for me.
The "Zeppelin" hotel was the only good thing about my whole trip
Languages: English and Polish only.
No German interpreter. Communication is very difficult, relying solely on translations via the app.

I liked only the well-coordinated work of the team of radiologists The rest of the review is negative and if to describe all that I had to experience during the days of examination, what moral, psychological and physiological trauma I received, this report will take 2-3 pages.
