Qualifications

I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Comenius University in Bratislava in 2003. After working for a year and a half at the Internal Medicine Clinic of the National Cancer Institute, I worked for three years in the internal medicine department at Malacky Hospital. There, I completed my internal residency and returned to the Gastroenterology Department of the National Cancer Institute in 2007, where I continued my specialized studies in gastroenterology.

Since 2010, I have been working as a gastroenterologist at the Gastroenterology Department of the National Cancer Institute. I am also a member of the committee of the Oncology Section of the Slovak Gastroenterological Society.

In addition to colonoscopy and gastroscopy, I also perform endosonography and ERCP in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the pancreas and bile ducts. I hold certificates in Diagnostic and Interventional Esophagogastroduodenoscopy, Diagnostic and Interventional Colonoscopy, and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography.
