Professor Pietro Mortini is a famous Italian neurosurgeon with over 30 years of experience. Currently he works at serves patients at Ospedale San Raffaele and the Director of the Experimental Neurosurgery Unit at San Raffaele Scientific Institute.

Pietro Mortini MD is also a Visiting Professor at the George Washington University (USA) as well.

Prof. Mortini graduated from University of Milan and University of Verona (both Italy) where he obtained a degree in Otorhinolaryngology and Neurosurgery.

Professor Mortini provides research in microsurgical therapy of pituitary adenomas and radiosurgery for uveal melanoma. Within his scientific work, he collaborates with the Institute of Medical Genetics (Italy) and Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry (Germany).
