I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words
Everything, I don't even know what to highlight. From start to finish everything was perfect. The operation was successful, any requests were satisfied. Communication was super, cleanliness was super.
On the first day when I checked into the clinic (the day before the operation), I was a little scared at first because everyone didn't know English well, since in general I was scared before my first independent major operation

If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic
I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all. I am very grateful to my consultant doctor Stanislav from Bookimed for choosing the clinic and doctor, for his participation and support ❤️

I had otoplasty at the Quartz clinic via Bookimed, Everything went really well, from the transport from the airport to the hotel, including the operation and the return journey. During the preparation, we asked them to apply anesthetic cream to the lower part of the face, which they refused, saying it wasn't necessary. However, this step was essential for the patient's comfort, and its absence caused intense pain, which was completely avoidable!!! This lack of listening and empathy is regrettable, especially in a setting where attentive care for well-being is expected. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at this practice, particularly thanks to the professionalism of the nurse and the expertise of the surgeon, both attentive, reassuring, and highly competent. Their explanations were clear, and the follow-up was impeccable. However, I was disappointed by the welcome and behavior of the assistants Gizem and ihmed… Lacking patience and sometimes hasty, they do not reflect the level of quality expected in a practice of this renown. It's a shame, as it detracts from the overall experience.

you made it all feel a great experience
I travelled solo for treatment and the support I received from the start of booking with Bookimed before travelling whilst at my clinic and on my return home was great always there to support me and my clinic in Istanbul was fantastic that they recommended would definitely use Bookimed again if was thinking of any more treatment they found quartz clinic in Istanbul for my otoplasty so pleased with everything thanks you made it all feel a great experience
