Great and helpful staff. With Coordinator Dilara who accompanied all the time before arrival. It was very pleasant to talk, answered all questions. Very pleased with the work of the clinic staff, all expectations are justified. They had provided me 4 STAR Hotel (Nice Hotel), polite shuttle service by Mr. Zafer, professional approach of doctors and other staffs. Everything went even better than expected. From Bookimed site, Mariia Bondar well coordinated and support to me before travel to clinic. Specially thanks to Miss. Dilara who has helped me a lot during my this journey and all other staffs are care like Family members as per my observation.

First off all, if anyone is unsure about getting this procedure done I strongly recommend to throw those doubts out the door. This team is exceptional, they really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions as soon as possible, truly amazing. As far as the actual staff at Adem & Havva this is by far the best experience anyone could ask for. If you’re thinking about it, just email them, their staff is very knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable whether you want to do it or not. Amazing experience!
