Everything was flawless
If you’re considering stem cell rejuvenation, you should be aware that the hardest part comes after the procedure. For me, the biggest challenge was definitely waiting for the results. The procedure itself, which involved using stem cells from my blood plasma, was straightforward. Physically, I actually feel much the same as before, which is probably normal in the early stages of recovery. The surgeon and the entire staff were consistently professional and supportive, so I give full marks for the care and the clinic. Everything was flawless. You just have to be aware that patience is required. I would recommend the clinic.
The treatment went smoothly. The town is lovely for sightseeing afterwards, too.
The clinic’s coordinator isn’t always available, which was sometimes frustrating. It makes you feel insecure. I was scared at first (new city, I didn’t know anyone and I didn’t speak the language either). The Bookimed staff member was always available and replied straight away. She was reliable, which made my stay much easier in the end. Not all the hotels are good. I recommend the Hyatt hotel (it’s expensive, though) and 216 Castel (cheap and in a lovely area). Be careful with taxi drivers in the city. You end up paying more than the journey actually cost.

I’d give the hospital 5 points
I’ll deduct one point because of the transfer. I was supposed to be at the hospital at 6.00. We’d agreed that they’d pick me up at 5.40. I waited until 5.55, but they didn’t come to pick me up, even though I’d texted and phoned them. They turned up just as I’d already walked there myself. Overall, though, I coped very well with the anaesthetic and haven’t felt any pain at all. I’d give the hospital 5 points.

My recommendation score is a 10
If you're considering a comprehensive check-up, I would tell you this clinic is a very solid option. My recommendation score is a 10. The facility itself is excellent and extremely well-organized, which made the entire process feel efficient from the moment I walked in. The medical team was professional. Both the staff and my doctor were competent and handled everything as planned, though the service felt very direct and to the point. I'm satisfied with my decision to come here for my health screening.
Brilliant coordinator and translators. Good doctors.
Slightly more streamlined onsite service, and english first evaluations and doctors, even though the translators did a great job at bridging the gap.

The doctor from the first minute caused complete confidence
Excellent clinic. Very caring and skilled doctors. Despite the fact that I went to the gastrectomy operation alone, without an accompanying person, I did not feel for a single minute without attention and care. Thanks to my wonderful translator Elmira - she has become a real support. Special thanks to my coordinator Bakhtygul - she organized everything as comfortably and professionally as possible. The recovery room is excellent. Bright, with a beautiful view. My deep gratitude to all the staff of the surgical department (floor 1) for their kindness, attention, support, care. The doctor from the first minute caused complete confidence. I think he is a true professional and a wonderful surgeon. I definitely recommend the clinic for a competent, comprehensive examination, and for the treatment of serious problems.

I will confidently recommend you to my friends and family!
Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your company for the impeccable organisation of my examination. Every stage was thought out down to the smallest detail, which allowed me to feel completely safe and comfortable. Special thanks to the doctors — Dr. Bülent and Dr. Kemal. They are top-level specialists whose attention to detail and professionalism command deep respect. I really appreciate the thorough approach they took to my diagnosis. I would also like to thank the coordinator, Seda, for her sensitivity, and the female translators who accompanied me every step of the way and were a real support. I wish you prosperity, and the doctors further success in their noble work. I will confidently recommend you to my friends and family!
