Dr. Yong Jin Kim is a highly experienced and qualified surgeon of morbid obesity in Korea, with a Ph.D. from Soon Chun Hyang University and expertise in upper gastrointestinal tract and laparoscopic surgery. He is a professor at the department of general surgery and Head of the Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery Center at Soon Chun Hyang University Hospital Seoul, and holds memberships with various societies related to metabolic and bariatric surgery.

Dr. Yong Jin Kim is a renowned surgeon of morbid obesity in Korea and was recently selected as Korea's first 'Master Surgeon' from SRC, USA. He is an expert in the upper gastrointestinal tract and laparoscopic surgery and has performed over 2000 bariatric surgeries. He has a Ph.D. from Soon Chun Hyang University, is a professor at the department of general surgery and Head, Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery Center, Soon Chun Hyang University Hospital Seoul, and is a visiting professor at the IRCAD Taiwan Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery and World Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery Club. He is a member of the Korean Society of Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, the Korean Society of Endoscopic & Laparoscopic Surgeons, and the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity.
