From 2009 to 2016, she was a pediatric hematology–oncology training officer at the Ankara Children's Health and Diseases Hematology–Oncology Training and Research Hospital. Since 2019, she has been a Professor and founding faculty member in Child Health and Diseases at Atilim University.

She is an expert in general pediatrics and pediatric hematology–oncology. She is active in residency and subspecialty training.
