Prof. Haluk Duman is an expert plastic surgeon based in Istanbul, Turkey with over 35 years of experience. He specializes in plastic surgery after cancer, burns, and skin tumors, as well as hand and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Ersan Eroglu is an Associate Professor and general surgery specialist. He has served at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital since 2018. He has been an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Bilim University since 2014. He also lectures at Istanbul Arel University since 2023. He earned his MD from Fırat University. He completed his general surgery residency at Haydarpaşa Numune.

He has authored 16 scientific articles. He has 25 national and 3 international congress presentations. He won First Prize in Turkey for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in ileocecal neuroendocrine tumors. He contributed a translation to the SAGES Hernia Repair Manual (laparoscopic TEP/TAPP). He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the Turkish Surgical Society, and the Colon and Rectal, Bariatric and Metabolic, and Endocrine Surgery societies.

After completing his medical doctorate education at Gazi University School of Medicine, which is located in the capital city of Ankara he carried on to his Orthopaedic and Traumatology fellowship training at the same university. After his fellow training, he completed his mandatory governmental and military duties as an orthopaedic surgeon between 2008 and 2011. He later started his Orthopaedic career in Istanbul Acıbadem Hospitals network. Between 2013 and 2022 he served as an academic member of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar School of Medicine where he was entitled Associate Professor in 2021. He is now private practicing in his own clinic in Istanbul. 

Starting from the year 2014 he has been especially focused on the fields of patient-specific orthopaedic surgery, computer-aided surgical planning, 3D printed custom surgical guides and implants. These fields are very novel even throughout the world. He performed many surgeries as the first examples of their own for Turkey. He mainly uses his special interest and knowledge on patient-specific orthopaedics to surgically treat technically challenging cases of malunion, bone deformity and complex arthroplasty cases including revision arthroplasty.
