Dr. Peykan Türkçüoğlu is a professor of ophthalmology. He graduated from Hacettepe University School of Medicine in Turkey. He has served in academic and clinical roles at top institutions. He worked as an assistant and associate professor at Fırat and İnönü Universities.

He completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Wilmer Eye Institute. There, he specialized in vitreoretinal and medical retinal diseases. Dr. Türkçüoğlu has advanced retinal care and now practices at Veni Vidi Göz Eye Hospital. He is known for his academic work, international training, and leadership in eye surgery and research.

I was born in Trabzon on 15.07.1969. After I attended Ismetpaşa Primary School and Cumhuriyet Secondary School, I was graduated from Trabzon High School. I had medical education and training in School of Medicine of Karadeniz Technical University from 1986 to 1992. I worked as medical practitioner in Alacahan subdistrict, Kangal District, Sivas City in 1992-1993 and in Sivas Police Headquarters to fulfill the conscription. I was assigned as Health Group Manager and Medical Practitioner in Dernekpazarı District of Trabzon in 1993-1994. I passed the Examination for Medical Specialty in 1995 and I had my residency training and education at Department of General Surgery in Istanbul School of Medicine of Istanbul University from 1995 to 2000. I was awarded the title of “General Surgeon” after I submitted the medical specialty thesis titled “Relationship between gastrointestinal tumors and HLA” in 2001. After I worked at a privately owned hospital in 2000-2002, I started working in General Surgery Clinic of Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital in 2003. I had rotation in General Surgery Clinic of School of Medicine in Istanbul University for 9 months in 2007. I was awarded the title “Associate Professor of General Surgery” in 2010. I undertook Management duties in Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital from November 2012 to December 2013 and in Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital from December 2013 to April 2015. I have intentionally dealt with renal transplantation during my residency education. After I was awarded the title “medical specialist”, I participated to diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopy, bariatric surgery, laparoscopy and robotic surgery educations abroad for short periods. I am intensively dealing with any and all laparoscopic surgical procedures (especially bariatric and gastrointestinal system surgery) and diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound) in this clinic since 2003 and I also play the role of trainer. About me

I graduated from Izmir Dokuz Eylul University with the orthopedics branch. After I graduated, I carried out some

studies focusing on especially on

joint and cartilage surgery and stem cells. In this, I worked with many professional and amateur sport clubs. Also,

I worked on joint replacement surgery

for further aged people. Approximately, I achieved 10 thousand people who took knee and hip replacement

surgery from me. I attended to many international conferences about joint and cartilage surgery. Now I start

Ortocare Clinic for orthopedics and health center. In here, I treat my patients using the most advanced

technologies in the world, such as foot health centers, electromagnetic therapy, cryocabin therapy, backup

therapy and stem cell therapy. In our clinic, I continue to my work on non-surgical treatments, especially antiaging

treatment, and to eliminate pain problems in patients. On top of that, I also carry out some post-operative

rehabilitation and medical plates exercises.

Research and Publications: Dr. Güçlü has published numerous articles in prestigious journals, focusing on spinal surgery techniques, brain tumor management, and pediatric neurosurgery. His work has been recognized for its impact on improving surgical outcomes and patient care in neurosurgery.

Prof. Dr. Ihsan Yilmaz is a respected ophthalmologist with more than 20 years of experience. He specializes in retinal diseases, vision correction, and advanced eye surgery. He is skilled in retinal detachment surgery, cataract surgery, and LASIK. Dr. Yilmaz has performed thousands of successful procedures.

He has published over 100 articles, abstracts, and reports in top ophthalmology journals. He is accredited by the European Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Yilmaz is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and ASCRS. His research on Phakic Intraocular Lenses has reached more than 300 ophthalmologists.

Prosthetic dental treatment specialist Meral Nizam completed her primary, middle, and high school education in Kahramanmaraş. In 1998, she started her education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Ege University and successfully graduated in 2003. In the same year, she graduated and started her doctorate education at the Department of Prosthetic Dental Treatment at the Faculty of Dentistry at Ege University. She completed her education in 2009 with her doctoral thesis titled "Evaluation of the Treatment Effectiveness of Stable Type Occlusal Splints in Classic Temporomandibular Disorders."

Between 2010 and 2013, she worked as a Prosthetic Dental Treatment (Prosthesis) Specialist at a Dental Health Center affiliated with the Ministry of Health. In 2024, she started working as a prosthesis specialist at Nifa Dent Oral and Dental Health Clinic.

During and after her education, she attended numerous courses, seminars, and congresses. She is interested in all kinds of fixed prostheses, Temporomandibular Joint Disorders, Aesthetic Smile Design, and Implant-Supported Prosthetic Restorations.

She is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of German.

Dr. Namik Ozkan is an experienced General Surgery Specialist at Memorial Ankara Hospital. He has served as Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University and Aksaray University. He was also the founding dean at Aksaray University.

Dr. Ozkan has over twenty years of clinical and teaching experience in hospitals and universities across Turkey. He completed his medical degree and specialization at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. His leadership and faculty roles show his strong commitment to medical education and general surgery.
