Dr. Ramazan Gökhan Atış, born in Istanbul in 1978, graduated from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School in 1996. He completed his medical education at Çapa Faculty of Medicine in 2002. Between 2002 and 2008, he received his specialization training at the Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital Department of Urology, and obtained the title of Urology Specialist in February 2008. After working at Edremit Military Hospital between 2008 and 2009, he started working as a Urology specialist at Istanbul Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009. In 2011, he underwent a 3-month Laparoscopy-Robotic Urology training at Heidelberg University Heillbronn Clinic. Between 2009 and 2014, he conducted numerous scientific research studies, especially in the field of endourology, and obtained the title of Associate Professor in September 2014. In 2017, he was elected as a board member of the Endourology Society and has been serving in this position since then. Dr. Uygur is an international urologist with a Medical Graduate and M.D. Degree from Hacettepe University Medical School, a research fellowship from the Transplantation Laboratory of Helsinki University, and residency in Urology from Hacettepe University Medical School. He has over 300 international and national publications and presentations, with 781 scientific citations to 41 articles. He is a full member of the European Association of Urology, a corresponding member of the American Urological Association, a member of the Society of Urologic Oncology, and a board member of the Turkish Society of Urologic Oncology. He has completed robotic urologic surgery courses at Vanderbilt University Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic, and the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. He is the Professor of Urology and Chair at the Near East University Medical School, the Chief of Urology at the Anadolu Medical Center in Affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine, and the Director of Urooncology and Urologic Robotic Surgery Programmes at the Anadolu Medical Center. He is also a scientific secretary of biannual Ankara Urooncology Courses, and has organized many national or regional Urology and Urooncology meetings.

He completed his medical education in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 1995. Between 1995-2000, he completed his specialization in Urology at Dokuz Eylül University Department of Urology.

After his specialization, he worked as a urology specialist at Bayındır State Hospital, Karşıyaka State Hospital, Kemalpaşa State Hospital.
After his specialty education, he continued his vocational education by participating in many different educations, courses and congresses. He received different educations such as endourology courses, PNL - RIRS (closed kidney stone surgeries) course, CİSED training (Association of Sexual Health Institute). He made frequent speeches in congresses, television programs and social media, especially in recent times. He is the member of Turkish Urology Association, Urological Surgery Association and European Urology Association.

Prof. Dr. Fatih Kurtuluş is a Urologist and FEBU (Fellow of European Board of Urology) who graduated from Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine (English), in 1997. He has experience in the fields of endourology and urooncology and has been a professor of Urology since 2018. He has been involved in various organizations and research projects and has published various articles in international refereed journals. He is also a member of various Associations such as the European Association of Urology, Endourological Society, Turkish Association of Urology, and Urooncology Association.

Prof. Dr. M. İhsan KARAMAN is a urologic surgeon and professor of Urology with a specialization in Prostate Growth, Prostate cancer, Urinary Incontinence, Sexual Dysfunction, Kidney Stone Disease, Male Infertility, and Pediatric Urology. He has held various positions, including Chief of Urology Clinic at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital and President of Istanbul Medeniyet University, and has served on various national and international committees.
