Dr. Tunc Ozdemir is a leading urologist in Istanbul. He specializes in uro-oncology, focusing on prostate cancer and kidney tumor treatment. He is a pioneer in robotic surgery. Dr. Ozdemir helped establish Turkey’s first robotic urologic surgery program. He also performed the country’s first robotic sacrocolpopexy operations.
He is Professor and Head of Urology at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital and Bilim University. Dr. Ozdemir has received several international awards. Dr. Stefan W. Czarniecki was born in the USA, where he began his education, which he continued at McGill University in Montreal and at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In addition to medicine, he studied art history, political science, and physics.
He runs the only comprehensive diagnostic and robotic treatment center for prostate cancer in Central Europe. He collaborates clinically with centers in the USA, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany, and France. Prof. Andreas Gross is a TOP German urologist specializing in the treatment of prostate, bladder, renal, and testicular cancer, as well as benign prostate enlargement and urinary calculi. He and his team use minimally invasive operations and complex surgical intervention to offer organ-preserving therapies for men, women, and children.
Dr. Sertkaya graduated from Konya Meram Science High School in 2001 and entered Gazi University Medical Faculty the same year, graduating in 2008. He completed his urology specialization at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2014, becoming a urology specialist.

School in 2002 and studied at Istanbul Cerrahpaşa
University Medical School in the same year,

Later, he specialized in urology at Bakırköy Urology
Clinic of Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research
Hospital was the only clinic in Turkey with European
Accreditation (FEBU) accreditation at the time and
was appointed as Urology Specialist in 2014.
Since becoming a specialist, he has actively
participated in trainings and conferences in the fields
of urological oncology, robotic surgery, renal
transplantation and andrology, and has participated in
numerous surgeries with leading professors from
around the world.

Accepting patients in the Urology medical unit of Florya Hospital, Prof. Dr. Semih Ayan completed his education at Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and received the title of Urology Specialist. In 1999, he became a Postdoctoral Fellow in Pediatric Urology at Harvard University; He became Associate Professor of Urology in 2003 and Professor of Urology in 2009. In 2015, he completed his Minimal Invasive Urological Oncology (Clinical Fellow) studies at the University of Chicago and crowned his professional education and experience with international studies.
