Born in Ankara, Doctor Can Bey completed his primary and secondary education at Ted College and then received his high school education at Robert College in Istanbul. After a rich high school life of 5 years, he studied at Istanbul Medical Faculty, Capa Medicine, and received the title of medical doctor.
