Dr. Ozgur Erdem is an ENT specialist. He earned his medical degree from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his otorhinolaryngology residency at Antalya Training and Research Hospital. He finished his specialization in 2020. Dr. Esra Esim Buyukbayrak is an obstetrics and gynecology specialist and a perinatology (maternal–fetal medicine) subspecialist. She has practiced at Memorial Göztepe Hospital since 2025. She served as Head of Department and Clinical Administrative and Training Director at the Marmara University Faculty of Medicine from 2022 to 2025. From 2015 to 2025, she worked at Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital as a perinatology subspecialist. She also served there as associate professor and later professor.

She holds an MD from Marmara University. She completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology and subspecialty training in perinatology. She received WHO–IAMANEH reproductive health training in Geneva in 2004. She completed advanced obstetrics and gynecology training in 2013. She trained in fetal surgery at Centro Gestar, Brazil, in 2023.

She has 86 SCI/SSCI-indexed articles and 84 nationally indexed articles. She has delivered 51 international and 40 national congress presentations. She has written 9 book chapters and supervised 15 doctoral dissertations. She serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for several journals.
