Procedure:
1. Preoperative Preparation: Complete blood count, liver and kidney function, coagulation profile, four infectious disease screenings, intracranial pressure measurement, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), etc.
2. Positioning and Localization: Lateral decubitus position with knees drawn to chest, localize L3-L4 or L4-L5 intervertebral space
3. Anesthesia and Puncture: Local infiltration anesthesia, minimally invasive puncture into subarachnoid space
4. Decompression: Slowly release 3-5ml of cerebrospinal fluid for moderate decompression
5. Medication Infusion: Slow and steady injection of nerve repair and regeneration compound preparation
6. Postoperative Care: Supine position without pillow for 6-8 hours after needle removal, fasting for 2 hours, close monitoring of vital signs and consciousness
Core Mechanism of Action:
1. Intrathecal delivery directly into cerebrospinal fluid circulation, acting directly on damaged brain parenchyma and spinal cord conduction tracts
2. Promotes activation of glial cells around hematoma, accelerates hematoma absorption and clearance of metabolic products
3. Reduces secondary cerebral edema, inhibits inflammatory cascade, protects surviving neurons
4. Repairs and regenerates damaged nerve fibers, reconstructs neural conduction pathways
5. Regulates central immunity, improves cerebral microcirculation, prevents delayed neuronal injury
