Treatment Process Flow
Phase 1: Pre-treatment Waiting Period
Receive patient inquiry and develop a treatment plan; confirm the patient's travel to China for treatment.
Contact the patient to book flight tickets.
Phase 2: Pre-treatment Conditioning Stage
Airport pickup and hospital admission.
Registration and appointment scheduling.
Doctor evaluation and consultation; order examinations (MRI, PET-CT, and other comprehensive tests); conduct multidisciplinary consultation (MDT).
Blood draw and laboratory testing (apheresis and sample preparation).
Laboratory issues reports; doctor interprets the results.
Doctor formulates an anti-tumor treatment plan to condition the patient's body to meet the requirements for CAR-T therapy.
Patient returns to their home country to wait.
CAR-T drug cost (Yikeda® Axicabtagene Ciloleucel Injection).
Phase 3: Core Treatment Stage
Assistance with medical visa processing.
Book flight tickets for the treatment visit to the hospital.
Airport pickup and hospitalization at the main hospital.
Doctor consultation and re-evaluation before treatment.
Preparatory (Lymphodepletion) treatment.

Doctor
Dr. Li Ping, M.D., Ph.D., is Chief Physician and Professor in the Department of Hematology at Shanghai Tongji Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine. She supervises doctoral and master's students and is an expert in hematologic malignancies.
She earned a Doctor of Medical Science from Nagoya University and completed postdoctoral research. She specializes in diagnosing and treating blood cancers. Her focus includes lymphoid malignancies—leukemias, lymphomas, and multiple myeloma. She treats patients with chemotherapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
She is a pioneer in China in full-cycle CAR-T therapy for relapsed or refractory blood cancers. She leads and participates in national and international clinical trials. She serves on committees of professional societies, including the China Anti-Cancer Association. She also publishes and trains hematologists.
