Complete diagnostic and therapeutic programme for snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea at a dedicated sleep and snoring clinic. The programme includes clinical sleep assessment, upper airway examination, attended polysomnography, CPAP titration and mask fitting, provision and configuration of a home non-invasive ventilator with patient and family training, and scheduled follow-up visits with pressure optimisation. Surgical referral for anatomical upper airway narrowing, including uvulopalatopharyngoplasty with five to seven days of hospitalization, is arranged after multidisciplinary indication review when clinically appropriate.
