She coordinated everything for my surgery and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so much easier. She was always helpful, responsive, and reassuring, and I am so grateful for her support. Dr. Ilker Manavbasi was absolutely amazing from the moment we first met until the day I left Istanbul. I underwent a tummy tuck, breast reduction, and 360 liposuction, and I honestly could not be happier with my results. They are even better than I had hoped for and have completely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ilker’s nursing team were also wonderful and supported me every step of the way. A special mention must go to Ceyda, who stayed in communication with me via WhatsApp throughout my entire stay in Istanbul. Knowing that she and the team were always just a message away gave me so much reassurance. The aftercare was exceptional. Nurses came to my hotel every second day for lymphatic massages, and whenever I needed anything, the team was there to help. I never felt like I was left on my own once the surgery was over — the care and attention continued throughout my recovery. My recovery has been amazing, and I truly believe that is because of the wonderful care I received from Dr. Ilker and his team. Travelling from Australia to Istanbul for surgery was a big decision, but looking back, I am so happy that I did it. Thank you Liliia, Dr. Ilker Manavbasi, Ceyda, and the entire nursing team for taking such wonderful care of me. I do t have any negativity, I was so happy with the whole experience

Everyone was kind and I feel the doctor was very skilled and caring. I got a tummy tuck and gyno procedure to remove extra skin from weight loss. The doctor was very frank about the tradeoffs and realistic expectations. I feel the care and the procedure were good (won't know actual outcomes for a while). The accommodations were good, the hotel was nice the staff took good care of me outside of my medical needs. Shout out to my driver, he was an amazing help even outside of just driving me around.

I only saw the doctor 3x (preop, postop, and release). Often the appointments weren't set and I had to do a lot of the requests through text messages to his staff. I didn't have the doctor's direct line at all so a lot of answers and information always felt like it was showing up late. Even now after my release and return home, I'm having to ask multiple times for recovery information that honestly should have been written down and given to me prior to being released. The clinic was professional, but the translation could have been better. I was never confident that I was actually being completely understood. There were a few mishaps, the nurse placing my IV kind of fumbled that and I ended up bleeding all over my street clothes. Catheter removal didn't go so well either and that led to quite a bit of discomfort.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to the entire Bookimed team for the impeccable organisation of my trip and treatment.
