Treatment Principle:Under CT-guided precise localization, a radiofrequencyablation (RFA) needle is inserted through the chest wall into the pulmonary nodule. The radiofrequency current generateslocalized heat, causing coagulative necrosis of the nodule tissue and destroying abnormal cells in situ, thereby avoidingthe need for open chest surgery. Expected Outcomes:The procedure provides precise local ablation of pulmonarynodules and can achieve local control comparable to surgical resection in appropriately selected cases. It may help preventthe progression of suspicious nodules to malignant tumors. As a minimally invasive treatment, it preserves lung function,enables rapid recovery, shortens hospital stay, and isparticularly suitable for patients who are unable or unwilling to undergo surgery.

He has more than 20 years of oncology practice. He provides individualized, comprehensive care for gastrointestinal tumors, lung cancer, and breast cancer. He focuses on pain management, palliative care, and psychological support in advanced cancer. He also works on the clinical use and study of tumor immunotherapy, including personalized mRNA vaccines and CAR-T therapy. He develops and applies proprietary drugs and related technologies.
