One online consultation required, for other purposes including pre op exams, that have to be completed before booking of surgery.
Included are: Hospital fees for the surgery and one night hospital stay, Anesthesiologist fees, Surgical assistant fees, Instrumentation professional, in hospital discharge visit the day after surgery, one office pre op consultation and all post op consultations for follow up after surgery.
One night in the hospital after surgery, five nights in local hotel prior to surgery and 30 nights after are required for patient safety regarding deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and air travel.
Compression stockings during air travel before and after surgery are required. Low molecular weight heparin may be prescribed after Caprini Score assessment.
