Gastroscopy and colonoscopy in one visit, under intravenous sedation supervised by an anaesthesiologist — you sleep through both examinations and feel nothing. Our endoscopy team performs around 4,000 examinations a year. Includes a gastroenterologist consultation before and after the examinations, a bowel preparation kit with written instructions, biopsies with histopathology where indicated (up to 3 samples), removal of up to 2 polyps and a same-day written report with photos (English on request). After sedation you must be collected by an adult companion and must not drive or stay alone for the rest of the day.

About the clinic
MediSpace is a private medical center in Warsaw, Poland. It runs branches in the Wola and Ochota districts. The clinic focuses on gastroenterology, proctology, urology, and orthopedics. Prof. Michal Wszola and Dr. Andrzej Berman founded it in 2024. Around 30 specialists work across the two branches.
Staff perform endoscopic diagnostics, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy. They also offer capsule endoscopy to check the small intestine. Proctology care covers laser hemorrhoid removal and Barron banding. For SIBO and IMO, the clinic follows the structured SIBOSpace pathway. Doctors see international patients in English for endocrinology consultations. Digital X-ray devices keep radiation levels low.
