I thought about it for a long time and finally made up my mind. I read a lot, looked, chose, and made my choice on this clinic. I liked absolutely everything, starting from the telephone consultation, help in finding air tickets, meeting at the airport with a bouquet of flowers, transfer to the hotel in a nice car, with a friendly driver, a nice interpreter and wifi. The hotel is also on the level **** , close to the seafront and the big market, with breakfast. Every day shuttle from the hotel to the clinic and back, if you want they will take you to the big shopping centre. The staff at the clinic is super, the equipment is modern, professional. I am happy with everything, we extracted all the remaining teeth, installed 12 implants, I feel good and happy, in three months I will have a mouth full of teeth, 28 crowns !!!! Dreams come true . If in my youth I had been given dental treatment by such specialists whom I met at the DENTAGLOBAL clinic (Turkey, Izmir), then I would not have had fear and constant anxiety during treatment, and I could have avoided the problems that I had, and over time, worsened due to the fact that not all dentists performed the treatment correctly and efficiently. But my beliefs, formed as a result of my previous negative experience, that dental treatment is painful, not very high quality and not always honest, changed dramatically after the first stage of treatment at the DENTAGLOBAL clinic, during which the implantation of the upper jaw was performed along All-on-4 system, as well as 2 implants in the lower jaw. I chose the country and the clinic for treatment for a long time, and I am glad that I was not mistaken. I am grateful for the high professionalism, attentiveness, friendliness of the doctors who, after the diagnosis, determined the optimal plan for my treatment and operated on me - Mert Yuce, Meltem Yuce, as well as the doctor for temporary prosthetics - Alev Mutlu. The DENTAGLOBAL clinic provided a quality service at a good price. The cost of treatment included: diagnostics, consultations, implantation, repeated X-ray, all necessary medicines, temporary prosthetics, hotel accommodation, transfer airport-hotel-airport and hotel-clinic-hotel, etc. At the same time, some of the listed items were provided free of charge . I had my implants placed at the YEG clinic, a good, clean, modern dentistry with good equipment. The implantologist is a professional, placed the implants in less than an hour, quickly and painlessly. Attentive and caring staff at the clinic, kept in touch with me all the time. There was an interpreter during the operation. Transfers were organised from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic and back. I liked everything, pleasant staff, comfortable, qualified doctors. The first step on arrival at the clinic was an examination, a panoramic image. I had not had a panoramic image before, there were changes in my treatment, but I was prepared for them, as I knew the condition of my teeth. After my consent, I had 21 zirconium crowns placed, 3 teeth extracted and 4 implants placed. My visit was 4 days. Everything went well. In half a year I can go for implant crowns. I think I made the right choice.

I was met very well, the transfer was well organised, the consultant from the clinic was on the phone all the time and gave me tips, sometimes not in time, but it's a small thing.)The hotel is comfortable, no frills, but the room is super clean and white sheets.Breakfast is very modest, but Istanbul is the capital of the country, so it may be so.
About medicine, it took two hours to get implants. No one checks blood for viruses and hiv. I was just asked whether I was sick or not. The consultant answered that they take all patients, but after the infected they throw away the instruments without treating them. It still scares me. They don't take any tests, they don't do them.
The transfer was on time, I was delivered to the airport on time.
The staff on the one hand very attentive and very helpful, but...on one trust on such health is impossible, I think.Too much risk.The usual simple express-testing and already the result.Or disposable all the intrument.

The team that worked with me is great, they work smoothly and professionally. Thank you so much. I'll tell you from the beginning. From the moment of correspondence, as everyone will be asked to send a picture of the oral cavity (which I did), based on this picture, they sent me a step-by-step work and, accordingly, the amount for the work. Everything suited me. And I went ... for the anticipation of a Hollywood smile. I was met, arranged in a hotel ... Our Dear Olenka did not leave me for a moment, everything went under her strict guidance. I arrived in the evening, the next day, we went to the office to take a picture of my jaw, and then it turned out that I had a cyst that needs to be removed, I don’t remember how it’s called from fear)) in short, such a complex of work was added that the boys themselves Ofanoreli, well me too. They comforted me, but I couldn't. I asked that the operation be done to me in the evening, so that I could sleep through the night after the operation, so as not to walk for half a day with a plowed jaw. The operation was very, very difficult. They brought me to the hotel at 12:30 at night, in addition to antibiotics, painkillers, ice, I asked myself for dream books to pass out, they did not refuse. The doctor, looking at me and my scrupulousness, prescribed me injections (painkillers), not pills. Everything was Feng Shui. This was my first trip to Istanbul. Coordinator Tatyana contacted me through Bookimed. With great patience and understanding of the problem, taking into account my very specific needs and wishes, the program and clinic were selected for me. It was about the implantation of 3 teeth, and the removal of 2 complex roots. I was very worried about the trip, Tatyana reassured me, said that the clinic provides both a transfer and an interpreter, this is included in the program. They even sent me a photo of where they would meet me. The way from the airport was long (by the standards of the country from which I came), but comfortable, I even knew how to watch a movie on Netflix in a limousine, which I had noticed for a long time. The problem with a little trouble was quickly resolved, and at my request, the extraction of teeth and implantation were performed under anesthesia, the so-called sedation. I was counting on terrible pain, swelling and bruising (these are not the first implants that I put in my country) ... Imagine my surprise when in the morning there was no pain, no bruising, or even swelling! I was given antibiotics, and rinses, painkillers, which I never needed because there was no pain. I ate soft and liquid food after 2 hours. And now I'm eating a whole meal! Dental Bosphorus is an excellent clinic for dental treatment thank you to Mustafa and Dr Mert. I went to them as I had been a victim of poor treatment from another clinic. Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I do not know Turkish and do not speak English to the extent that I can tell the doctors everything they need, as well as understand the much needed feedback. But thanks to the translator provided by the clinic, Lyudmila, who received her university education in Turkey and is fluent in Turkish, I had a complete understanding with the doctors and with the clinic staff. Lyudmila constantly accompanied me in the clinic: during all procedures, consultations, during the entire operation, which lasted more than 3 hours, as well as during other organizational issues. Thanks for the help, I have already left Istanbul. I completed the first stage, the second will be in half a year. My husband and I had prosthetics, the husband, in principle, was satisfied, he had no complaints, but he had a simple case. I can’t say for myself unambiguously, I know for sure, if it were possible to return, I would not go to this clinic and would not recommend it. I generally want to do an independent check. My complaints are solely about prosthetics, the operation did seem to be good. Thanks again.

This was my first trip to Istanbul. Coordinator Tatyana contacted me through Bookimed. With great patience and understanding of the problem, taking into account my very specific needs and wishes, the program and clinic were selected for me. It was about the implantation of 3 teeth, and the removal of 2 complex roots. I was very worried about the trip, Tatyana reassured me, said that the clinic provides both a transfer and an interpreter, this is included in the program. Our Dear Olenka did not leave me for a moment, everything went under her strict guidance. The overall experience was good, my only complaint would be the medical team could try and do better in terms of involving the patients in their care, they should tell you exactly what is to be done before going ahead and actually doing it, there needs to be a presence of a translator at all time while with the dentist because sometimes questions/concerns come up but there’s no one around to ask, and when asked the dentist they usually brush it off or give you half answer which doesn’t really satirsy and when request the translators to come, they are often too busy.

The coordinator found time to assist in any appointments, travel or location to make your stay as pleasant and trouble free as possible. With out a doubt they made you feel welcome.
The procedures and treatment for the amount of work in my case was surprisingly far from as painful as I feared. Yes you will feel some soreness but it's well worth the little discomfort.

I liked everything about it. Very friendly driver Erhan, on arrival in Izmir he will orient you a bit and help you check in to the hotel. Natalia was on call all the time and helped me with all my problems. Alina had a special role to play, in addition to translation, she will help you prepare for the surgery and provide moral support.

It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!
Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!

I was very nervous about this trip and had tons of questions, so I’m sure at times I was driving the young lady that helped me crazy, but never did she make me feel that way. She always answered me in a timely fashion. She would even call the dentist office with questions I had and she would let me know right away what they had to say.
I’m usually not a very trusting person, but she helped me know that even though we’d never met I could completely trust her. It was an experience of a lifetime, and I would definitely use them again.

I think I made the right choice
I liked everything, pleasant staff, comfortable, qualified doctors. The first step on arrival at the clinic was an examination, a panoramic image. I had not had a panoramic image before, there were changes in my treatment, but I was prepared for them, as I knew the condition of my teeth. After my consent, I had 21 zirconium crowns placed, 3 teeth extracted and 4 implants placed. My visit was 4 days. Everything went well. In half a year I can go for implant crowns. I think I made the right choice.

I would like to emphasise the medical staff and especially the surgeon who did my tooth extraction and implants. Super professional!!! I hope she will be the one to work with me on my second visit for crowns. Super positive and pleasant person, and most importantly - truly dedicated to her work.
I liked the promptness of everything that was going on. The personalised approach in all areas is absolute!
There was nothing in particular that we didn't like. But we can say with certainty that the organisational part can still be worked on and attention should be paid to the organisation of third parties (there were hiccups that were not always possible to solve).

I am still at the beginning of the process of implants and zirconia crowns, so I can't say anything about the overall result. As for my first visit to the clinic, I liked everything about it, with the exception of the minor disadvantages, which look so small against the background of all the other advantages that they are not worth mentioning. The clinic was modern and comfortable, the staff was attentive and polite. Bookimed coordinators were always on call and always answered any questions in detail. The shuttle service was timely and comfortable at all times of the day. The hotel in the city centre within walking distance to the seafront, attractions and shopping was just perfect, the hotel staff were lovely and kind people, breakfast (though vegetarian) was included. Thank you so much to everyone who made my 4 days in Izmir feel more like a mini holiday than a treatment.

The quality of the zirconia based crowns are poor. They turned yellow in a week. I would be posting audio and actual video of my experience at this clinic on google reviews and yelp with subtitles shortly. I highly recommend if you are from the USA and are accustomed to our medical standards you would be greatly disappointed.
Save your money and do not go to any dental clinic in Turkey as the standards of service and quality of product is way below the worse dental clinic you can find in the USA.

I would like to share my experience of my first visit to YEG Clinic Istanbul. My impressions are extremely positive!
From the very beginning everything was organised at the highest level: I was met by a transfer, taken to the hotel, shown and told everything in detail. The next day I had my appointment at the clinic. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Throughout the whole visit, I was accompanied by a coordinator who helped me to communicate with the doctors, translated and explained each stage of the procedure - thanks to this there were no difficulties.
The dental implant procedure was quick and absolutely painless. Despite having six implants, the whole operation took only about an hour! I am now going through the implants' engraftment phase and everything is going great at the moment - I feel great and am looking forward to my second visit to the clinic.
My impressions from my first visit were great. I wholeheartedly recommend YEG Clinic to anyone looking for quality and caring dental care.
