Initially, no one knew there was an appointment for us! They didn’t know who would attend to us! We had to ask several people using the reference name we had, and until they managed to identify the lady, we started the tests with a 2h delay… We did everything as planned without problems. More than 3 weeks have passed since we went to this clinic, and to date no one has sent us the results of the remaining tests. Not even the medical opinion! Considering how much was paid, no one is finishing what we went there to do!

My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. Very good, but I'd come back for a stay of more than 3 days as it's too short to make an assessment. If you don't want to be in a hurry, you need to plan for 5 days on site, preferably outside the weekend! The doctors are extremely competent, attentive and relevant! The hospital is magnificent, large and clean. It has all the technology you need, and despite the wait, I highly recommend memoriall!
The breakfast is delicious. The blood test is painless, and the staff are smiling and reassuring.
Despite the best efforts of the staff, the wait can be a little long. Unfortunately . There really are a lot of people because the treatments are of such high quality!

Ali is very friendly, very available and very empathetic. She gave very good, detailed explanations about the treatment. Good to know: on Sundays the hospital does not carry out tests and check-ups and for better organisation, prefer tests and check-ups over several days during the week.

I have nothing negative to say about our experience and nothing more to ask
The overall treatment was very good, though, some medical attendants could be a bit more empathetic and caring. But overall, I'll use this service again in future. I particularly love the atmosphere and environment. Location was far from where we were but okay all the same. The treatment took the whole day and waiting was a bit tiring, but I can understand why this is. I would prefer to have it done in one day, than spread it over two or three days. Our guide was very good, though is grasp of the language was not great but his attitude more than compensated. I have nothing negative to say about our experience and nothing more to ask, besides, I'll like a follow-up, especially on pending results.

I have received outstanding service. From very beginning to the end, no unpleasant surprises. I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. One of my translators Aikerim had medical background, therefore understanding of medical interpretation was a breeze.

For my examination (thyroid biopsy) and Health Check Up, I was offered the Memorial Clinic (Istanbul) Memorial - A wonderful clinic, with world-class medical equipment and highly qualified, experienced doctors. The clinic provided me with a transfer to/from the airport. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the coordinator-interpreter Lale, who was constantly with me all days during my examination and helped not only communicate with the doctors, but was also constantly in touch and resolved all my questions during a visit to the clinic. Despite the fact that there are a lot of patients in the clinic, all procedures and examinations were carried out on time, according to the previously provided schedule. I really liked the cardiolith clinic, also the medical team, the doctors who served me behaved professionally and were at a high level, for which I am very grateful to them. The only negative is the services of an interpreter. I think that the translation should be on the letterhead of the clinic and each medical specialist separately, and not on simple sheets of A4 format, where everything is printed in a row as a plain text.

I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words

Initially, no one knew there was an appointment for us! They didn’t know who would attend to us! We had to ask several people using the reference name we had, and until they managed to identify the lady, we started the tests with a 2h delay… We did everything as planned without problems. More than 3 weeks have passed since we went to this clinic, and to date no one has sent us the results of the remaining tests. Not even the medical opinion! Considering how much was paid, no one is finishing what we went there to do!
