We booked kids full check upp with Bookimed in Sisli Memorial Hospital! From the beginning, when I was looking wheee I can make this appointments, Bookimed been very helpful and professional, providing all the information what I asked! Well explain for me the prices and what included in that package! Bookimed arrange appointments for me, as well airport transfer ! On the day of my appointments, straight in the morning they send for me phone number of person who can help me in hospital and as well a phone number of our translater! As soon as we arrived we call them, and in few minutes they met us! During all our check ups our translater been with us! He was very professional and nice, providing all the information on each step of our check up! Plus he spoke Arabic language what is my husband native language! The hospital it self is very good, clean, with all new equipments! We deal with different doctors, from different departments, and all of them been very good, polite! Some spoke no bad English! They been very good with a kids , and make us feel very welcoming! No rush, they take a time to answer for all or questions and explain everything! As well as nice thing in the middle of our check ups, we got free vouchers for breakfast and coffee ( which was very good). In general we stay very happy with a service we received in the hospital, and from Bookimed team! They been always in contact with us, and following every step, from the moment we been looking for hospital, till the end of our check ups! Upon arrival at the Titanic Hotel, it turned out that there were no places, although we had booked two rooms in advance, sent passports and tickets for reservation, but somehow we were arriving with children for the second time in the morning and they didn’t wait for us, we had to go to another hotel that is, we were taken. The clinic held a check, everything is fine
