I was in Severance on May 27, 2019 at a reception by the oncologist's homolog, and on the same day mammography and ultrasound of the mammary glands were done. For the conclusion they said to come on June 5th. I want to say a big thank you to my coordinator Lydia, I went everywhere, translated, sat and waited in queues with me. Service at the highest level! Today, on June 5, I came back to the homologue and she looked at the pictures and said that all is not well worry. And in Russia, they saw a tumor from somewhere. I was also given a disc with ultrasound and momography and a conclusion in paper in English. Thank you all and thanks to bookimed.com! This is not a hoax, really help people. I wanted to share a photo of the clinic and the coordinator, but something is impossible to expose them.

The stay was as usual with the expectation, I can not say anything about trust, because we just had a survey. I can’t write anything about the ward since we were in the clinic where they were conducting the examination. All medicine is put on stream. But in any case, I am sure that medicine is at a high level. I went through the basic package, I was satisfied with whether or not I can not even say.

The rest I liked everything
Good evening! In the Severance clinic itself, I liked everything. Everything is very organized. Polite clinic staff. There was one caveat. Nobody told me that preparations for a colonoscopy will be delivered to the hotel. If I hadn’t come to Severance hospital the day before, I’ve found a girl who speaks Russian. She phoned the clinic and explained that the package should wait at the hotel. A. So I would not be prepared on the appointed day. The rest I liked everything. I plan to come to you in a year.
