I would definitely recommend this hospital and all who looked after us, just a bit of a language barrier with some of the nurses on our ward ., it’s not a complaint, just to let you know it would be a great help to try learning there language before you. Everything went smoothly. We were guided where to go to meet our driver. We found him right away. We were informed of what I needed to do before and after surgery. Surgery day went well. Surgery was about 2 hours long and recovery had been pretty easy. Not a lot of pain expect for the armpits really.

Having a translator there. Also my questions being answer fairly well.

The information I received landing in Turkey instead of 2-3 weeks before surgery date. Like the no makeup, false lashes and nail polish information needs to be given 2-3 weeks before surgery not the day before.

Very pleased with the way everything went

Very pleased with the way everything went. Excellent organisation and attitude to the patient. The procedure itself is not very painful, everything is very calm (it only hurts when the anaesthetic is injected). The doctor prepares the channels for the hair herself. Excellent hotel, impeccable transfers and support from the organiser/translator. It's too early to tell about the results, but so far everything looks good. My only regret is that they didn't add hair on the temples. I wish the doctor had noticed that too. Very grateful to all the staff.

This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand. The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work. The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly. When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability.
