If you’re considering this procedure, I’d say that the team here is absolutely key. The surgeon and all the staff were exceptional, always attentive and professional, which I really appreciate. I had a three-piece inflatable implant fitted and my recovery is going well; there is a slight swelling around the incision site, which is normal. To be honest, the result in terms of length is better than expected, which has been a huge relief. Although my overall rating is 4/5 due to minor details of the process, my experience with the medical team was five-star.

Excellent service from start to finish, with a staff member who couldn't have been better – 5 stars

Having a good translator would make communication with the patient much better

My biggest worry was finding a surgeon and team I could completely trust for this personal procedure. That concern disappeared quickly. From the first consultation, the surgeon was professional and the staff were consistently kind, which made the whole process feel secure and well-managed. I'm still in the early stages of healing, but the level of care has been excellent. Everything was clear. When friends ask if I would suggest this clinic to them, my answer is a 10. The support has been fantastic.

Coordinator stayed in touch .The clinic exceeded expectations.I wanted to thank Dr. Baris Nuhoglu and his assistant, who took impeccable care of me. They listened to me and resolved a problem that was very serious and causing me discomfort. My main concern going into this was what the final result would feel like. I opted for a fat transfer, and the clinic staff and surgeon were professional throughout the process. The service was good. I'm still in the early stages of recovery, so I haven't tried any sexual activity yet. To be honest, my biggest recovery concern so far has been some uneven bumps, which makes the new girth feel slightly uneven at this point. I'm told this can be part of the healing process, so I'm waiting to see how things settle over time. The overall experience was satisfactory, with a capable team.

If a friend asked me about this surgery, I’d tell them to mentally prepare for the recovery. The process is going well, but you have to be patient. Honestly, the hardest part so far has been finding a comfortable sleeping position. The incision area is still tender, as you’d expect. My surgeon fitted me with a 3-piece inflatable implant, the AMS 700 model. It’s still too swollen to tell what the final length will be, so I’m waiting for the swelling to go down. Despite these initial discomforts, the surgeon and all the staff were very professional and attentive throughout the whole process.

If you’re seriously considering this operation, I can share my experience. I had a forearm flap phalloplasty (RFF) with simultaneous urethral lengthening. To be honest, the biggest challenge turned out to be the nausea after the anaesthesia, rather than the pain. The donor site on my arm is now healing well, and the position of the phallus looks natural, which was the most important thing for me. The whole clinic team worked very smoothly together. My main advice: bring some comfortable trousers for home and elasticated boxer shorts. This is very important after the operation.

Hello, I was met at the airport and taken to the clinic. I was a bit nervous at first, but after meeting the assistant and then the doctors, I calmed down.I think everything went perfectly; I really liked the doctors, as well as the nurses and support staff. I was discharged the day after the operation and put up in a hotel 200 metres from the clinic – a decent hotel 👍.I had my check-ups, was discharged and given medication; I flew out on the fifth day. Of course, I was examined before departure and taken to the airport. Overall, everything was excellent and I was very pleased.I feel pretty normal now; the stitches ache a bit sometimes, and I’m still getting used to it, but otherwise everything’s working 😉😃
