Dr. Augusto Santos is an exceptional professional. I underwent two surgical procedures with him (28/10/2025 and 18/12/2025) and, on both occasions, I was treated with extreme care, attention, and professionalism. From the first contact — still during the consultation phase and even before the surgeries — he demonstrates active listening, explains everything clearly, and promptly answers all questions, including via WhatsApp — something rare and extremely valuable. I was treated with great kindness throughout the entire process, which made all the difference for me, especially because I am very afraid of the dentist. In the office, he conveys confidence, calm, and respect for the patient. The follow-up, both pre- and postoperative, is impeccable. I also highlight the excellence of the entire team: Dr. Antônio, the anesthesiologist, and Dr. Denis, the prosthodontist, are extremely competent professionals, along with Viviane, the assistant and secretary, who is always attentive and efficient.
