I received a call from Roy acknowledging my online enquiry about my teeth. Roy was kind, attentive and receptive to my dental situation. He kindly referred me to Edmond, who promptly took up my case with such patience and precision. Edmond offered me clarity, options and, most importantly, kindness. He also went above and beyond to ensure that my transit and stay in Albania remained seamless and unforgettable.
I had an online consultation with Dr Maurizio, who explained the entire process to me in detail. I later had the pleasure of meeting the amiable Dr Maurizio in person, who, alongside his brilliant assistant Keta, gave me the perfect smile.
