I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The accommodation was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The food was also great, with a good variety and quality. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. The surgery itself went very well, and I’m truly grateful for the care and expertise of the medical team. Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital.

The clinic looks nice but our room wasn't so pleasant. After I took a shower the water is not entering the drainage but instead it came out to outside so the toilet area was all wet. The air conditioner was too loud. The sofa for the companion was torn amd the cover was also torn 😆 🤣 ( i forgot to take the picture) The food wasn't that bad but missed the desserts. My partner was satisfied with the doctor, dr. MUSTAFA SAUT . Thank you doctor, he was also friendly. We will see the result at least the next 3 months. Even i personally didn't feel satisfied because my husband experiencing sneezing, bleeding and the nurse in the clinic wasn't quick respond. I had to wait for 20 minutes just for the new bandage for my partner. Just because I speak Turkish the nurses weren't take me seriously until i spoke english with a little tone . We were stayed in the hospital just for 24 hours.

My wife had a myomectomy. The entire process from the initial inquiry with Yoursa. She facilitated all necessary document for our visa and ensured that our time at the hospital was impacting. I am particularly grateful for Professor Doctor Pinar who handled the first consultation and the surgery. She handled my wife with the highest professional care. We are grateful to her and happy with her work. The nurses were incredibly helpful post operation. Nurse Azada was very excellent and Nurse Tugba was extremely helpful after the operation on the first day, Nurse Yaren was all amazing. Overall the Nurses did a great job.

Every single person, from my surgeon to the nurses who were there for me day and night. They were simply angels. Their constant attention, smiles, and gentle words made all the difference during my recovery. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t feel safer anywhere else. This experience wasn’t just about medical care, it was about feeling surrounded by people who truly care about you. I’ll always be grateful for every moment and every person who made me feel so protected and loved.

I traveled internationally to BHT Clinic Istanbul for scheduled procedures with Mecy Clinic. Dr Ce Yildirim and his team, and unfortunately had a stressful and disappointing experience. Before payment, communication was very attentive. However, after I informed staff that I was physically unwell and unable to proceed with surgery, the tone changed and I felt pressured rather than medically supported. I had two procedures scheduled less than 24 hours apart. After completing the first surgery, the second was planned for 5 AM the following morning. I clearly informed the team that I felt physically weak and did not feel medically fit to undergo another operation so soon. Despite this, I was encouraged to proceed. I also received persistent late-night calls encouraging me to continue, which felt more like sales pressure than patient care. For the second procedure: • I was not admitted • No medical service was provided Despite this, my full refund was not processed. Repeated requests for invoices, receipts, signed consent forms, and a clear billing breakdown were not fulfilled. Medical decisions should prioritize patient safety, transparency, and proper documentation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
