The clinic is very good; the only thing is the cafeteria—it’s disgusting. They charge you like it’s a 5-star restaurant and they give you a crappy service. The money isn’t worth anything. They give you dry meat, 2 little pieces of avocado, and some salty and raw rice. And they even forget to put the fried plantains for you. They charge an arm and a leg. We paid for a terrible and bad cafeteria service. What a shame—a prestigious clinic with such a lousy cafeteria.

Eternally grateful to the best doctor in the world, Julio César Peña Encarnacion. Excellent doctor and a great human being. My first surgery was in 2013 and yesterday I went back to have surgery with him, and I would do it again and again. Pleasant experience. My doctor, Paul Giudicelli Saba, is an excellent doctor—after God. His team is very professional, always by the patient’s side; that’s what I liked a lot. I was terrified, but getting to them made me feel like I’d made the best decision. And the post-op period has been easier to handle. Anything you write to him, they respond and give you the best solution at the moment.
The clinic: very clean and the staff are good. I only complained because the day I was admitted, they put me in a room, but when I came out of surgery, I was already in a completely different one from the first.

I must honestly say that I'm impressed with this hospital. Their attentiveness to you and bed-side manner is extraordinarily great. Food isn't bad and the juices they serve are freshly made. The Cafe has lots of options too. The pharmacy right outside of it has really cheap items for snacks, drink, etc. The rooms are very spacious and it's peaceful. My rooms were cleaned and I didn't see any bugs or anything. Highly recommended and I'm American

I loved it!! The clinic has impeccable hygiene— even the bathrooms smell clean!! The nurses, the rooms are beautiful and spotless!! My Dr. Asmin Aquino, an excellent sculptor!! They worked with me on a malpractice that was done to me in PR!! And he took the time, with love and nobility, to work with me and bring back my sense of security and my smile!! Very attentive, both him and the whole clinic team!! I had the most beautiful experience with all the staff!! They even walked me by hand to the room!! Truly, CECIP, my Dr., and the team who took care of me—from the tests all the way to the room—are impeccable!! Thank you for the treatment I received!! They treated me like a princess!! God bless you always!!! See you soon!!

I had a great experience the clinic is super friendly and easy to get everything done in one place. Dra Herrand did my surgery and I am super please so far. We did tummy tuck fleur de lis with side lipo and breasts implants. She really cares about her work and wants you to look your best and be fully healed and taken care of before you leave. I highly highly highly recommend getting the pain pump worth it for an extra $300 dollar but is continuous for 4 days.
I recommend any medical tourist reach out to a recovery house. That has made my experience 1000% better than other reviews I see. There is extra payments for some of the pre-op stuff so be prepared with I'd say 1-2k over quote. (Money for chest CT, I needed an echo, incentive spirometer, breast biopsy can be sent off since they're getting tissue, and they set aside money but refund for blood transfusion if you don't get one.)

The best decision I made was to have surgery at that Hand Clinic with the best doctor, Dr. Monegro. The staff is friendly, the clinic is top-notch—well organized and clean. The nurses are very nice. I would come back without thinking twice ☺️
