The staff was amazing! We were told we needed to have fusions in our lumbar and cervical area, after thorough research we came across Cellular Institute and figured it was worth trying before opting for surgery. They were extremely professional, the communication was very fluid and the provided certifications of authenticity was very reassuring! Just completed stem cell treatment on both knees and I have only positive things to say. I Spent a long time looking into stem cell treatments and clinics, and I’m very happy that I chose the Cellular Institute here in Cancun. Everything was handled well, from my first consultation call to scheduling and of course everything at the clinic went very well. All of the staff with whom i interacted Were skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and interested in making sure I had a good outcome to my treatment. The facility is modern, spotless and has the latest equipment. My on-site health evaluation was very thorough. The nursing and medical staff were excellent, and the patient care coordinators made sure to check on me constantly to see how I was doing. Medical treatments are a serious matter but I feel comfortable recommending Cellular Institute to people in need of these treatments

Just did stem cell therapy for longevity and wow 100% worth it. The team is incredible. Everyone from the doctors to the front desk treats you like family. They explain everything, answer every question, and never make you feel like just another appointment on the calendar. Facility is beautiful, super clean, and you can tell they run a tight ship. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Real talk though, the results are what surprised me most. More energy, way better sleep, feeling sharper, recovering quicker it all just adds up. I feel like myself again, maybe even better. If you’ve been on the fence, take this as your sign. Go.

I’ve been doing stem cell treatments for many years and have researched clinics all over the world. I actually came to Cancun planning to go with a different clinic, but last minute things didn’t work out. I ended up calling Cellular Institute — and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. They were able to accommodate me right before Easter weekend, when most clinics were already closed, which already said a lot about their flexibility and commitment. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The professionalism is on another level. The entire team — Daniel, Pauli, Dr. Maltide, Willy, Jose, Dr. Walid — every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and controlled the environment is. I’ve never seen anything like it. They must have cleaned me a hundred times — I actually started feeling like I was dirty even though I was showering multiple times a day. Booties, strict hygiene protocols, constant attention to sterility — it really gave me confidence in what they’re doing. Beyond that, they helped put together a full protocol for me and paid attention to every detail. Nothing felt rushed or generic — everything felt very intentional and customized. I’ll be updating this review in a couple of months with my results, but as far as my experience so far I’m extremely impressed and grateful I ended up here.
