Prof. Pavel Bushman is a co-founder and chairman of the American Heart of Poland Group. The Professor has practiced since 1991. Prof. Pavel Bushman has studied additionally in Germany, Great Britain, and the USA. He developed innovative treatment methods for treatment of myocardial infarction.

Polish cardiologists have participated in the development of accurate catheterized technologies of treatment for over 15 years. Due to them, doctors remove blood splashes from the cerebral artery after a brain hemorrhage.

Prof. Andrey Bochenek is a co-founder of the American Heart of Poland Group. The Professor participated in the first successful transplants of the heart in Poland performed in the middle 1980th. Prof. Andrey Bochenek studied in Switzerland, England, and the USA. He got numerous awards for the contribution to the development of cardiac surgery.

Heart surgeons of the hospitals perform surgeries using the most advanced equipment. Except for the traditional operating room, there is a hybrid one. Several teams of doctors can work simultaneously performing all the procedures at a heat.

Cardiac surgeons conduct operations for installation of an aortic valve and correction of the heart defects using X-ray C-hand.

Specialists use videoscopic methods for conducting surgery. It allows performing the necessary intervention with a minimal quantity of incisions. In this case, a patient recovers quickly.

Doctors of American-Polish heart hospitals conduct complex of rehabilitation services after surgery.

Patients who have a myocardial infarction, heart failure or arrhythmia, can attend “Ustron” spa-resort after hospitalization. The specialists of the Center develop an individual program of healing for each patient.

Research and Development Center AHP

American Heart of Poland has own Research and Development Center. There is a laboratory where tissues and stem cells are grown. It allows performing research for reconstruction of the heart and vessels. Specialists also try to limit the development of the central nervous system damages caused by ischemia with stem cells.

Doctors conduct a repair of a cardiac valve using 3D printing technology. Thanks to this, a surgeon can examine the heart in details and choose right size of a catheter.

Specialists developed a method which allows saving legs of people with diabetes and atherosclerosis. A moving catheter is applied. It cuts out the plaques inside the vessels. Patients can be discharged in a few hours after the procedure.

Some time ago, I had a balloon cryoablation procedure done there and left the next day very impressed. I'm from Gliwice, and there's no comparing our hospitals to Ustroń. Above all, it's cleanliness, modern equipment, and the professionalism of the doctors and nurses. During the procedure, I received full care and a quick response if I felt unwell. I was in a cozy two-person room. I deducted one star for the transesophageal ultrasound performed before the procedure by Katarzyna. I know the procedure is unpleasant, but... The door to the room where the procedure was performed opens onto a corridor where men are also walking and sitting, and you have to be naked to the waist :( Not to mention the woman's gentleness, impatience after three attempts, and bleeding from the esophagus. After all, the patient is trying hard; she's not doing anything out of spite. I wish her good health and that she doesn't end up in that bed with a tube down her throat one day. Regardless, I recommend Ustroń.

Professionalism, high-class diagnostic equipment, a place that is helpful for many patients. The building is undergoing renovation from the outside. These photos will soon become history. The place is becoming more beautiful at a rapid pace. The building is wheelchair accessible. It is worth considering remodeling the stairs leading to the main entrance, the current ones are uncomfortable for people with movement disorders. It is a pity that parking cards for disabled people are not recognized. The parking lot rips off drivers terribly.

Po przeczytaniu oświadczenia dr Dzika ordynatora PAKS-- w Starachowicach jestem zbulwersowany sytuacją na linii PAKS- Szpital Powiatowy. Niejednokrotnie korzystałem z usług Kliniki PAKS i jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w klinice.Już po przekroczeniu progu Kliniki odczuwa się atmosferę domową a to za sprawą bardzo miłego personelu Kliniki pod kierownictwem dr Dzika.Opieka i profesjonalizm pozwala na szybki powrót do zdrowia.Nie wyobrażam sobie żeby Klinika zginęła z Starach…owic.Klinika świadczy przecież usługi nie tylko chorym z naszego regionu ale również z innych powiatów a nawet województw.Mam jednak nadzieję, że zdrowy rozsądek weźmie górę i władze miasta pogodzą niezdrową sytuację i klinika PAKS pozbędzie się drażliwej sytuacji a "dobra zmiana" nie pozwoli zniszczyć tego co jest dobre. Życzę klinice jak najszybszego pozbycia się konfliktu i unormowania istniejącej sytuacji,co wyjdzie tylko na zdrowie pacjentów.
