I loved how my nose turned out! ❤️ My biggest advice for anyone who’s going to have the surgery is: be patient! The result really starts to show after 3 months, so you need to trust the process. The team is very attentive and I felt welcomed at all times. They were always very patient with me, especially because I had many fears and insecurities. In the end, I realized I suffered much more from anticipation lol. The doctor had about 3 or 4 appointments with me before the surgery, because I was full of doubts and fears, and he was always very patient in explaining everything and helping me feel calmer. I haven’t even reached 4 months since the surgery yet and I’m already loving the result! I can finally breathe properly lol, my self-esteem is sky-high and I even unlocked several new angles for photos 😂❤️ And to think the result will keep improving… Today I’m just grateful for all the care and for having chosen a team that gave me so much confidence throughout the whole process. I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Juliano Colonetti in January 2025 and, without a doubt, it was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. On the day of the consultation, I was still undecided about how I wanted the result. Shortly before the surgery, I showed a reference photo to Dr. Juliano, and he understood exactly what I wanted. When I saw the before and after, I almost didn’t recognize my own nose. The result was exactly what I asked for and even better than I imagined. Besides being beautiful, the result looks extremely natural. People are always delighted and surprised when I say I had a rhinoplasty, because it really looks like it has always been my nose. Since it was my first surgery and such an important change for me, I was quite afraid. However, the entire team was extremely attentive and made me feel very safe. I especially want to thank Camila, who was responsible for the post-operative care, for her care, kindness, and attention at all times. I trusted them with my eyes closed. My sister also had rhinoplasty with Dr. Juliano recently and she looks even more beautiful than she already was. Without a doubt, choosing Dr. Juliano was one of the best decisions I’ve made. In 2021, I had my first surgery with another professional and, unfortunately, the result wasn’t what I expected: my nose ended up crooked and with a very round tip. After two years, I had a touch-up with the same doctor, but even then nothing was resolved. This only increased my frustration. When I discovered Dr. Juliano’s work, I started following him on Instagram and, with each result I saw, I identified more and more with the style of nose he creates. That’s when I decided to book a consultation. From the very first appointment, he was very clear and sincere with me, explaining in detail how it could look and aligning all expectations. On the day of the surgery, I went in calm and unafraid because I trusted his work a lot. Today it’s been just two months since the surgery and, each day, my nose looks more beautiful. I love it! And not to mention his team, which is wonderful. Nurse Camila is truly an exceptional professional. She guided me through everything and was always available to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable asking anything. The reception girls are also super sweet. I had always intended to have my rhinoplasty with Dr. Juliano, and I was very happy to be able to have it with him. Today, about three months after the surgery, knowing it is not yet the final result, I can already say the outcome is exactly in line with what I asked for and what we discussed at the consultation. He was very attentive, explained the procedure well, and showed great confidence in what he does. The medical team on the day of the surgery was also very careful and professional. Camila, who removed the stitches and the splint, was very kind and proved to be an excellent professional. On the other hand, I believe the clinic could improve a lot in terms of service and especially post-operative care. After the splint and stitches were removed, I had no further contact from the clinic to check on my recovery or to guide me on the next steps. On the day of the removal, the secretary said she would schedule a follow-up appointment, since the doctor would be going on vacation, and that she would confirm the date later. However, I never received that confirmation. I offer this feedback constructively, because the doctor’s work is excellent and deserves to be matched by service and post-operative follow-up of the same caliber. Even so, I am grateful for the result and for having the surgery.
