The service was terrible, but the dentist is great. From what I understood, the front-desk staff were new and hadn’t had proper training, so when I asked about the prices and how much I would pay—at least an estimate to know whether I could afford it—the receptionist told me one amount and in the end I paid double.
That same day I received an apology by phone, telling me the clinic isn’t like that. So I asked to be reimbursed, since under the consumer code what they did was illegal and they should be responsible. I was told I would be reimbursed, and it’s been a week and I haven’t received the refund.
