Laser teeth whitening in Dent Ilena Clinic

Dent Ilena Oral and Dental Health Clinic is a specialized dental facility in Izmir. It operates two departments for prosthetic, restorative, and aesthetic dental care. Dr. İlbilge Şatıroğlu and Dr. İlkyaz Şenel lead the medical team. Both hold PhDs in prosthodontics from Izmir Katip Çelebi University.

Accreditations and Medical Standards

The clinic holds an International Health Tourism authorization certificate from the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health. This confirms the facility meets official standards for treating international patients.

Every treatment begins with a detailed initial examination. Doctors use digital imaging to analyze oral structures before creating a plan. Patients receive a clear breakdown of treatment stages and expected visits, so they understand their dental journey before it starts.

Specialized Dental Services

The clinic treats both children and adults. Specialists focus on long-term dental health through evidence-based planning. Core services include:

• Implantology: The clinic uses Straumann dental implants for tooth replacement.
• All-on-6 Implants: Six implants support a full-arch prosthesis. Temporary teeth are often provided within 24 hours.
• Orthodontics: Options include metal braces and clear aligners. Digital measurements guide both pediatric and adult cases.
• Endodontics: Root canal treatments use microscope-assisted cleaning and filling. This precision helps preserve teeth with deep decay.
• Cosmetic Dentistry: Planning includes digital smile analysis and facial proportion assessment.

Root canal procedures often take just 30–60 minutes. Specialists may add protective crowns afterward to ensure tooth durability.

Gum Care and Restorative Treatments

Dent Ilena manages gum disease through professional scaling and monitoring. Specialists identify early signs of gingival inflammation and bone loss. Scaling typically takes 30 to 45 minutes.

The gum care program includes:

• Ultrasonic scaling to remove plaque and tartar via vibration
• Subgingival cleaning to treat areas below the gum line
• Surface polishing with specialized pastes to smooth tooth enamel
• Gum massage and personalized aftercare guidance

Restorative options include zirconium and porcelain crowns for aesthetic goals. The clinic also performs pink aesthetics to improve gum line appearance.

Technology and Diagnostics

The clinic uses advanced digital imaging for all diagnostic assessments. These tools help doctors plan precise movements for implants and orthodontic aligners:

• Panoramic and periapical X-ray systems
• Intraoral scanning for digital impressions
• Digital Smile Design software for aesthetic previews
• Microscope-assisted systems for root canal disinfection

Patients can preview cosmetic results before deciding on treatment.
