Asian Rhinoplasty in DGB Clinic

Asian Rhinoplasty at DGB Clinic in Bangkok, Thailand, provides specialized nasal reshaping for patients seeking natural-looking results tailored to their specific facial anatomy. The clinic uses board-certified plastic surgeons who focus on bridge augmentation and tip refinement. This procedure is performed in a JCI-affiliated network facility and includes a free pre-surgery assessment.

Customized Surgical Techniques

Surgeons at the clinic use specific methods to address common concerns like flat bridges or bulbous tips. The semi-open rhinoplasty technique uses a small columellar incision to allow for complex reshaping of the nasal structure. Alarplasty is often included to reduce nostril width and create a more balanced appearance. For patients with breathing issues, the team can also perform septoplasty to correct a deviated septum during the same surgery.

Premium Materials and Safety

The clinic uses high-quality materials to build a durable nasal structure. For bridge augmentation, surgeons use FDA-approved premium silicone implants from Mantisk, a leading American brand. To shape the nasal tip safely, they use the patient's own autologous cartilage taken from the ear, septum, or rib. This combination helps prevent complications and achieves a softer, more natural look. The facility is fully licensed by the Ministry of Health and follows international safety standards.

Recovery and Patient Care

Patients stay in VIP recovery rooms with access to 24/7 nursing care after the procedure. The surgery is performed under general anesthesia to keep the patient comfortable. The recovery process follows a structured timeline:

• Week 1: Patients wear a nasal splint and rest with their head elevated to manage swelling.
• Week 2: The splint is removed, and most patients return to desk work as bruising fades.
• Month 1: Light exercise is allowed, though the tip remains slightly swollen.
• Month 6 to 12: The final shape of the nose is fully settled and refined.

International patients can start their journey with an online video consultation to discuss their goals. You can leave a request on Bookimed to begin your assessment with the medical team at DGB Clinic.
