My Experience at Dr. Med’ Clinic
The team was absolutely wonderful. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful to Dr. Yunus, all the clinic staff, and especially Dr. Yunus and Akylay. Everything was organized professionally, with care and efficiency.
I underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the results and the service.
My only suggestion would be this: for such major plastic surgeries, the patient should ideally stay at the clinic for at least 3 days under medical supervision. This is essential for proper recovery and peace of mind.
Also, I would prefer that Dr. Yunus personally performs the bondage changes, as he does them best — and it noticeably speeds up the healing process.
Aside from that, everything was top-notch: the team is responsive, caring, and highly professional. Thank you all for your care and excellent work!
I really appreciated the staff’s efficiency — their ability to respond quickly to my needs, react promptly to my messages, and show genuine care, empathy, and commitment to my smooth recovery and overall experience.
What I didn’t like was that the consultation took place on the same day we arrived. It was exhausting, as we were sleep-deprived, tired, and unable to fully process the information the doctor was giving us. It was an unpleasant experience.
We had booked our flight based on a recommendation from the Doctor-Med clinic’s sales department.
Another thing that disappointed us was being hospitalized for only one day — we had to extend the stay ourselves for the second day.
I strongly believe that after such serious surgeries, the patient should be hospitalized for at least two days for proper medical supervision and recovery.

I am very happy with this clinic. At first there were doubts, I chose for a long time. I read all the reviews.... But as a result I chose this clinic. And I was not mistaken. Everything was very well organised. The doctor showed the future result on the computer. We chose the option that I wanted. The next day we had the operation. The hospital and the staff couldn't have been better. I was taken care of the whole time. Then I was taken to a hotel. A week later the cast was removed. I had 24 hours online communication with the doctor. I didn't feel like I was alone. The doctor is very talented. You can't see the stitches at all. It's important to trust this doctor. A very professional and individual approach to the patient, I got the impression that I was not just in a clinic, but in a good and kind family. Special thanks to Mrs. Narmina, who surrounded me with care and warmth. She did not leave us for a minute, she solved any issues, she was always there. Very attentive doctors, after the operation, which lasted 5 hours, the doctors were always there.
