I was greeted by a luxurious luxury transfer. The service at the clinic is excellent. Then the hotel is good. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Hakana Teymura. The operations take place in a government hospital. Nobody speaks English there. Communication is very difficult; if there are complications after surgery, then this is problematic. There is also very questionable medical training. Injections and tests are taken without gloves. They can't take an analysis. They pricked a vein, didn’t get it and left. We touched it with our own hands without gloves. They measure your blood pressure haphazardly or not at all, and then they write down what they made up and lie that they checked it all night. Immediately after the operation I had to call them and shout for them to come because the call button did not work. I had a lingering shock from all this. We had a girl translator with us who did not want to disconnect when I asked her. Although I speak English fluently and did not need her services. I didn’t want to undress in front of her and show my chest or belly. Therefore, the consultation was useless for me. As I became convinced later (when I had already undergone surgery), this company is very focused on earnings, and not on the client.

Так же там очень сомнительная медицинская подготовка. Уколы и анализы берут без перчаток. Анализ взять не могут. Кололи вену, не попадали и уходили. Трогали своими руками без перчаток. Давление меряют как попало или не меряют вообще, а потом записывают придуманное и врут что проверяли всю ночь. Сразу после операции мне приходилось звать их и кричать чтоб подошли так как кнопка вызова не работала. У меня был затяжной шок от всего этого

My surgeon was excellent
My biggest concern before the trip was unexpected additional costs, and unfortunately that concern proved to be justified. My additional costs for two lymphatic drainage sessions, an anti-thrombosis injection for the return flight and meals at the hotel amounted to €450. My advice to future patients is therefore: you should definitely clarify any additional costs that may arise. Apart from that, my surgeon was excellent. He marked the areas very carefully before the operation, which put me at ease. Over 4 litres of fat were removed during the Vaser liposuction, and my recovery has so far gone as expected. The clinic provided me with good support afterwards, was always available and gave me clear aftercare guidelines. If your language skills are not sufficient, you should definitely ask for an interpreter.
So, in the end, the whole package was just right. The coordinator was always on hand for me, organised everything she could and also cleared up any uncertainties. She was absolutely brilliant. The doctor was very friendly, but always rather curt. Because of the language barrier, it wasn’t that easy to sort out many things straight away. That usually only happened afterwards in the coordinator’s WhatsApp group. The transfer and the hotel we’d chosen were also great, and above all, everyone was friendly. The clinic was OK. The rooms didn’t feel as sterile as they do in Germany, but the medical care was very good. Even with the language barrier, the nursing staff always made an effort to chat with you. It was a good thing I had Google Translate.
I was promised a detailed preliminary consultation, but this did not take place.
An interpreter on site would have been very helpful.
I would recommend a longer stay of at least 10 days. My journey home was anything but pleasant. The wound drains were removed on the day of departure, even though there was still too much wound fluid being produced. On arriving in Germany, I went straight to A&E to rule out any more serious complications.

The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊
Honestly, the experience was okay. I have been in Istanbul three times for medical surgery, and this was the one who I liked less. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊The main problem was in the guide we had. She didn’t speak good english, she was always on her phone and acted like we were not there. When we asked questions, she didn’t know the answers. In my older experiences, the organizer/communicator knew EVERYTHING! The were empathetic and were really friendly. They were ready for any type of question. This time, i was really disappointed. Besides that, there was a lack of information. They send us home and they gave us some Basic Information on what to do, but Information abouth the wounds, how to take care of them, or how to take the stitches out; the didn’t say anything. So the experience was good! 👍🏼 but it could have been better.

I had my liposuction procedure and breast lifting done, and I am genuinely very happy with my decision. From the very beginning, communication with the team was professional, kind, and responsive. All my questions were answered in detail, and I felt well-informed and taken seriously.
On the day of the surgery, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. The medical staff was attentive and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the doctor took the time to explain the procedure clearly, including the realistic expectations and possible risks.
