Hello, my name is Juliana Nunes. I’m a bariatric surgery patient of Dr. Silvia. Before her, I went to 20 surgeons, and I was very disappointed. I knew I was asking for things that were impossible, and even so they accepted it or offered proposals that were completely different from what I want for my body. Dr. Hirata, with all the calm she conveys, told me “no” to what I wanted and explained the reasons. She has always been very attentive before surgery, and even more so after. I’ve already had 3 surgeries with her: arms, breasts, and thigh. I had no surgical complications—on top of that, her whole team is incredible. Ms. Mara, the anesthetist, and all the other doctors I had very little contact with. From the beginning I was a patient who was somewhat demanding—I wanted a lot. And Dr. knew how to guide me to the best for me, including when doing my nose: a procedure that is completely aesthetic and natural, nothing pre-made. It was only about removing what bothered me and perfecting it. So much so that it doesn’t even look like I did anything to my nose—it’s extremely natural.
She is efficient, calm, and she doesn’t leave the patient alone after surgery. On the contrary. Weekly check-ins and always direct contact by phone. I plan to have two more surgeries—already told her that she has the mission to help me age with full collagen, naturalness, and beauty. Ah, I forgot to mention: she was a professor of surgeons that we see a lot on the Internet, but her technique is not just “good”—it’s impeccable.
