Dr. Thiago is an exceptional doctor and an incredible human being! I felt comfortable with him from the very first contact. During our consultation, after that he operated on my mother—and that’s when he truly won my heart and admiration. What care, what kindness, what service, and what an impeccable result! After that, I already knew that it would be with him that I would carry out the great transformation of my life—a complete surgery to restore my self-esteem... The whole process was very calm, transparent, and made easier, and I always felt welcomed and supported by Roberta, the doctor’s concierge, who makes and makes a difference in patients’ lives. I will always be grateful to the entire team. I will never forget the care and kindness I received starting from my very first appointment, continuing through the surgery and throughout the entire post-operative period. Roberta and Paula were always ready to help me at every moment.
The follow-up with the nutritionist Pri was also essential for my preparation and recovery. Following her guidance made all the difference in my post-operative period.
