First time ever getting rhinoplasty done and can I just say Dr Yunus Kaplan and his team exceeded my expectations. I reached out to the team on WhatsApp, they were amazing! They explained the whole process, told me to send photos and explained everything. Despite living in Sydney Australia, I felt like I was home. The level of care and expertise is beyond amazing. From the in person consultation, to the operative procedure, hospital stay and aftercare is beyond what I could have imagined! I came from Toronto to have my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Yunus Kaplan and I can confidently say I would recommend him a thousand times over. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was so smooth, organized, and professional. You are truly taken care of every step of the way. His assistant Mahir is genuinely so amazing at his job and makes the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. He’s always there to answer questions, help with anything you need, and guide you through the entire process from beginning to end. He’s honestly one of a kind. The hospital staff were also incredible. I felt extremely well cared for before and after surgery. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kaplan and his amazing team. From start to finish, the entire experience was beyond my expectations. Traveling from the U.S. to Turkey for surgery was a big decision and honestly a bit nerve-wracking, but I knew right away that I was in the best hands. I had originally been deciding between Dr. Kaplan and another surgeon, but communication made all the difference. While the other clinic was slow and unhelpful, Mahir (Dr. Kaplan’s assistant) was incredibly attentive from day one — answering every question, keeping me updated, and making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Even when we arrived late Sunday night after office hours, Mahir waited for us to get to the hotel and met me at the hospital for my pre-surgery bloodwork. The next morning was my consultation and surgery. Dr. Kaplan was warm, patient, and detailed — he explained everything clearly and even created a 3D rendering showing what my results would look like. Spoiler alert: my nose turned out exactly like that rendering! The surgery and recovery went smoothly. I did have a bit of acid reflux afterward (unrelated to the procedure), but Dr. Kaplan and his team went above and beyond. He personally came back to the hospital and stayed for hours to make sure I was okay — that kind of care is rare. Unlike my past experiences in the U.S., where you’re often sent home right after surgery, I stayed overnight in the hospital with constant check-ins and care. The next morning, both Dr. Kaplan and Mahir stopped by again to check on me and go over my medications in detail. The recovery wasn’t painful, just a little uncomfortable from the splints. Six days later, I went back to have them removed — and when I saw my new nose, I was speechless. It looked absolutely perfect, just like the 3D model. I truly couldn’t recommend Dr. Kaplan and his team enough. They’re kind, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. This is my fourth rhinoplasty, so it was obviously a reconstructive surgery. Dr. Yunus Kaplan did an amazing job! I am only two weeks out of surgery and I can already see the amazing results. His team is absolutely amazing, and I mean his entire staff but especially Mahir, he’s extremely attentive and always responds with any doubt you have. He goes above and beyond.
