Excellent clinic, I can't recommend it enough. The treatment is unbeatable; they make you feel like a person and not just another client. The treatment is completely personalized to achieve the goal. At the beginning of the process, I was at another clinic, but there were things I wasn't convinced about, like a standard hormonal treatment for all women, so I decided to change clinics. What a great decision it was to come to this clinic; we achieved our goal, right from the start. I'm the mother of a beautiful little girl who turns 6 months old today, an angel that the Fertility team in general and Dr. Lidia in particular have given me. Eternally grateful. A big hug to everyone. Re-editing my review: I've returned to the clinic, and I have to say that since Dr. Lydia hasn't been here, the treatment hasn't been the same, and what really bothers me is being treated like you're stupid.

I have no words to thank the treatment, the human quality and the professionalism of this clinic. When we met Dr. Oviedo via video call, something in our hearts confirmed that we should travel to Madrid to put ourselves in his hands. Recognize that although the process was long in terms of tests and waiting, the medical criteria with which Oscar works is impressive and thanks to the fact that he did not negotiate his decisions with me, I am almost 10 weeks pregnant. He has been an angel in the hands of God for us and our family. At no time did I feel the typical doctor-patient coldness, but rather a human and endearing warmth where you feel that he is working to make you a mother. We have obtained our positive in the first transfer!!! Thank you to Cristina, one of the nurses, it is a love, to Sandra because she is beautiful, to Barbara and Mar, the embryologists who even called me on Sunday to inform me about how my embryos were progressing, and finally to Alexandra, who although I had less contact with her, was the one who accompanied us in the magical moment of the transfer. I will always carry you in my heart, you are a beautiful and unique team, of which I will always speak wonders. May God bless you!!!

After being in the public system and then in a clinic that was recommended to us (but our experience was very bad), we decided to look for the place ourselves. To do this, I did a search of the resumes of the professional team of the different centers. And so, we arrive at fertility. Once there, it also gave us a good feeling. And we stayed. Today, our daughter turns 4 months old. However, if she had not come (there is a part of a miracle and not everything depends on science), I would definitely recommend the clinic. In addition to the quality of the treatment, and the resources it has, there is the human quality of the entire team (doctors, nursing, reception, embryologists...). You can see the professionalism and care in each one of them. They have a psychological service, which I think is important and that also says a lot about the center and its holistic vision. And, I don't know if you will read me, but I want to take advantage of the review to give special recognition to Sandra (nurse). We were lucky that she assisted us on many occasions (she was the one who also gave us the good news of my pregnancy). I was excited by the way they took care of us. Sandra: THANK YOU for the magic in your work. It was very important for me in such a special and vulnerable process. THANK YOU. I write these lines with my sleeping daughter in my arms. I haven't started my cycle yet but had a consultation with Dr Alcantara in English and he was amazing. Very informative and answered all of my questions clearly (and I had lots of questions). Gave me a list of tests to do. He was realistic about the expectations and I loved his warm and upbeat personality. I can't recommend enough. I was recommended by a friend who had a baby with them after multiple failures at a "top" Spanish IVF clinic.

Excellent professionals, highly recommended, tailored and personalized approach, vastly different from the generic and transactional approach of the "renowned" clinics in the city! They are meticulous and highly professional team that will really attend to your needs!
