An integrative rehabilitation program is available for ankylosing spondylitis and spinal fusion.
Intensive and integrative programs use these tools:

- Robot-assisted walking systems
- Virtual balance and proprioception technologies
- Hydrotherapy, or pool-based physical therapy
Equipment and treatment technologies
Patients can get robotic spinal decompression therapy with the Robotic Antalgic Trak. Virtual reality rehabilitation is another option.
Other therapies include high-intensity robotic laser therapy and extracorporeal shock wave therapy. For hair removal, the center uses a Cynosure laser.
Rehabilitation packages and international services
All-inclusive rehabilitation packages set the treatment period by program:
- Neurological rehabilitation: 21 treatment days
- Orthopedic rehabilitation: 14 treatment days
- Pediatric rehabilitation: 18 treatment days
Every package schedules three treatment hours a day, six days a week. Sunday is a rest day.
Packages cover accommodation, meals, and daily transfers between lodging and the center. Airport transfers are included too. Patients can stay at Residence Suites, a 5-star thermal hotel, or a standard 4- or 5-star hotel.
In neurological and pediatric programs, Residence Suites packages house the patient and one companion. The orthopedic package covers accommodation for the patient.
Each package includes a free interpreter. Languages available:

We really liked the Physiomer hospital, it is very cozy and comfortable here. A big plus for the team, especially Melih, he helped us a lot on organizational issues. The physiotherapists are very patient and kind. Hussein and Zhannan are the best in their business. We have been choosing places where they can help us for a long time and we were not mistaken in choosing Physiomer, our little one was happy to work with this team.

The biggest thing that surprised me is how much my walking balance has already improved. It’s a direct result of the support from the surgeon and the entire staff here. Their approach is focused on task-specific therapy, and the daily sessions are intense but effective. I've found the robotic walker to be an incredibly useful tool for my progress. It is hard work. My main daily challenge has been managing fatigue, but the team is attentive and helps create a plan that works. I feel like I'm in very capable hands for this stage of my recovery.
