My experience with the Hospital Firenze exceeded all my expectations. I was taken very good care of and properly guided. The anesthesiologist was very polite and kind. I came back very well from the surgical procedure I had. But the special highlight goes to the team of nurses: I felt very well cared for, with skill and kindness. A particular mention for nurse Rubiana, who was in charge of my care in the room. I highly recommend it!

Hospital Firenze really impresses with excellence in absolutely every detail. A modern, sophisticated hospital, impeccably clean, extremely well organized, with a structure that conveys comfort, calm, and safety from the very first moment. The environment is very well air-conditioned, welcoming, and designed to provide the patient’s well-being in every detail.
But the biggest differentiator, without a doubt, is the service. It’s rare to find a place today with a team that is so polite, gentle, human, and truly welcoming. All the professionals show care, attention, patience, and genuine concern for every person who goes through the hospital. The patient genuinely feels respected, cared for, and supported.

Great hospital, great doctors, GREAT nurses, wonderful staff in the kitchen. Oh, I forgot the first part—the front desk, where we find people who are just wonderful. Right there you already feel well taken care of, welcomed. I’ve had surgery three times in this hospital and I recommend it with my eyes closed. Lastly, the nurses Patrícia (afternoon shift) and Suelen (night shift) are just wonderful—excellent professionals and they provide care with so much kindness. Thank you, girls. God bless you and your shifts—more healthcare professionals like you.
