I have a habit of getting my teeth cleaned every 5–6 months. Because my work doesn’t have a fixed location, I’ve visited and experienced many different dental clinics in Sài Gòn. If I find one near my workplace and along my way, I’ll drop by—and this time was no exception. Since it was my first time coming, I hadn’t looked into it much, but I was genuinely surprised by my first experience at ID-4. The staff welcomed me very attentively—everything from offering me a drink to asking and consulting me. The consultation was professional and exactly matched what I needed when I came here. It didn’t feel like they over-sold services or pressured me. I’ve had my teeth cleaned in many places, so I’ve had a range of experiences—from being satisfied to not being satisfied. But the doctor here scraped the tartar very gently; I didn’t feel any lingering sensitivity or pain, and there was no bleeding. That’s what made me really happy and left a strong impression on my first visit. Of course, I’ll come back for my regular check-up and for my next teeth cleaning ☺️

My age is also getting older, and I also have underlying health conditions, so before having my tooth extracted I was very worried. I kept fearing it would hurt and that it might affect my health. Luckily, the doctor here was very gentle and did everything carefully, so I felt much more at ease.
